Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 375 ml White Wine (like Sauvignon Blanc ) (this is a half-bottle or 1 can of wine)
  • 3 cups frozen peaches (approximately 400 grams)
  • 1-2 T sugar or honey (optional)

Instruction

  • In a high-speed blender, add white wine and frozen peaches. Blend on high until fully combined and smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
  • Taste test, and add sugar/honey if needed, blending again until combined. You can also add more peaches or wine to reach your desired texture.
  • Pour into 2-4 glasses, and serve immediately. You can also place the slushie mix back in the freezer for 30 minutes for a firmer texture.
