Ingredients
The following ingredients have 9 Servings
- 15 oz canned or cooked lentils, rinsed and drained (400 g)
- 10 sun-dried tomatoes (3 oz or 95 g)
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp tamari or soy sauce
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- The juice of one lemon
Instruction
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor or a blender and blend until smooth.
- Keep the lentil dip in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week.
