Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 1 (8 ounce) package 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese, softened at room temperature
- 8 ounces plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup honey
- 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Fruit, crackers, graham crackers or cookies, for dipping
Instruction
- Place cream cheese in a large bowl and use an electric mixer to beat on low speed until creamy and smooth.
- Slowly add the yogurt and continue to beat until well combined.
- Add honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest; beat until combined and smooth.
- Cover the dip and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
- Remove from fridge and serve with fruit and crackers for dipping.
