Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 13.5 ounce can coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 2 cups 5 minute white rice
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro

Instruction

  • Add coconut milk and water to a pot and bring to a boil.  Remove from the heat and stir in the minced garlic and rice.  Let it sit for 5 minutes and then stir in the cilantro.
