Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 13.5 ounce can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 cups 5 minute white rice
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped cilantro
Instruction
- Add coconut milk and water to a pot and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the minced garlic and rice. Let it sit for 5 minutes and then stir in the cilantro.
