  • 1 banana (previously sliced and frozen)
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tbsp honey (15 g)
  • ½ to 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adding more milk as necessary to reach your desired consistency.
