Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 cup full fat coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh basil
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup water or more to desired consistency
Instruction
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Pour into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer, and cook 10-15 minutes.
