Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 3 bananas, cut into rounds
  • 1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almondmilk Coconutmilk blend
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • salt to taste
  • peanut butter cups, chopped up

Instruction

  • Whisk the cocoa powder with the coconut oil. Blend the bananas, almond milk, cocoa mixture, and a pinch of salt until very smooth. Stir in the peanut butter cups and transfer to a 9×5 loaf pan.
  • Cover and freeze until solid.
  • Just before serving, microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute to soften. Scoop out and serve!
