The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
  • 6 dates (pit removed and chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cashew butter
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • Optional: crushed pistachios and goji berries for sprinkling

Instruction

  • Pulse toasted coconut flakes and dates in food processor until smooth paste forms.
  • Add cashew butter, cacao powder and coconut oil. Pulse until smooth.
  • Form 6 clusters from the mix and freeze for 10-20 minutes.
  • Optional: Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and goji berries for a festive red and green holiday treat.
