The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- 1/2 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 6 dates (pit removed and chopped)
- 1/4 cup cashew butter
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1-2 tablespoons coconut oil
- Optional: crushed pistachios and goji berries for sprinkling
Instruction
- Pulse toasted coconut flakes and dates in food processor until smooth paste forms.
- Add cashew butter, cacao powder and coconut oil. Pulse until smooth.
- Form 6 clusters from the mix and freeze for 10-20 minutes.
- Optional: Sprinkle with crushed pistachios and goji berries for a festive red and green holiday treat.
