Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 13.5 ounces coconut milk
- 15 ounces pumpkin purée
- 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons key lime juice
Instruction
- Add all ingredients except key lime juice to a pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until peanut butter dissolves. Add lime juice and serve.
