Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 13.5 ounces coconut milk
  • 15 ounces pumpkin purée
  • 2 tablespoons Thai red curry paste
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2  teaspoons key lime juice

Instruction

  • Add all ingredients except key lime juice to a pan. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Cook until peanut butter dissolves. Add lime juice and serve.
