Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 2 cups Progresso™ reduced sodium chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
  • 1 tablespoon ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix (from 1-oz package)
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 3 biscuits from 1 bag (25 oz) frozen Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Buttermilk Biscuits (12 Count)
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Instruction

  • In 1 1/2- or 2-quart saucepan, heat broth, ranch seasoning mix, pepper and chicken to boiling.
  • Cut each biscuit in half lengthwise, and cut each half into 4 pieces; add to boiling mixture. Reduce heat to medium; simmer uncovered 5 to 7 minutes, stirring frequently, until dumplings are cooked through and mixture is slightly thickened.
  • Stir in cheddar cheese until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
