Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4.59 ounces avocado pulp (approx. 1 large or 1½ small avocado)
  • 4 tablespoons cacao/cocoa powder
  • ⅗ cup cashew nuts
  • ½ cup+1tbsp almond milk
  • 6½ tablespoons maple syrup (or to taste)

Instruction

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree until silky smooth.
  • Spoon the mousse into your dessert pots and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Alternatively place in the freezer for 15 minutes then serve.
