Ingredients

The following ingredients have 3 Servings
  • ½ – ⅔ cup chopped, pitted dates
  • ½ cup smashed avocado
  • ½ cup milk
  • 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • Optional toppings: bananas, nut butter, seeds, etc

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and process until smooth.
  • Taste and add more dates if not sweet enough or more milk if too thick for your preference.
  • Top as desired
