Ingredients
The following ingredients have 3 Servings
- ½ – ⅔ cup chopped, pitted dates
- ½ cup smashed avocado
- ½ cup milk
- 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
- Optional toppings: bananas, nut butter, seeds, etc
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor and process until smooth.
- Taste and add more dates if not sweet enough or more milk if too thick for your preference.
- Top as desired
