- 1 14 ounce can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 10 Oreos (crushed)
Instruction
- Combine the coconut milk, sugar, and cocoa powder in a blender and blend for 20 seconds. Pour the liquid mixture into the bowl of an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. During the last 5 minutes of churning, add the crushed Oreos.
- Transfer the ice cream to a plastic container, cover, and freeze until ready to eat.
- Note-Alice recommends using Chaokoh brand coconut milk because of its high fat content.
