Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • 1 8 ounce package corn muffin mix (such as Jiffy brand)
  • 1 14.75 ounce can cream-style corn
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 3 eggs (beaten)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spray a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour batter into prepared pan.
  • Bake, uncovered, for about 35 minutes.
