Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 2 cups self-raising flour
  • 1 1/3 cups plain yoghurt
  • 100g herb garlic butter

Instruction

  • Place flour and yoghurt in a large bowl and mix to combine. Turn out onto a floured surface and use your hands to knead dough until smooth. Return to bowl, cover with a tea towel and rest for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your pie maker according to manufacturer’s instructions. On a floured surface, roll dough out into a 36cm x 25cm rectangle, with the long edge in front of you. Spread with herb and garlic butter. Roll up to form a long sausage shape. Using a sharp knife, cut into 12 even pieces approximately 3cm long. Turn each piece onto it’s side so you can see the scroll.
  • Cook in batches for 8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  • Alternatively, preheat oven to 180C. Place scrolls close together but not quite touching on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15 minutes.
