Ingredients

The following ingredients have 6 Servings
  • Marie Callender's Family Recipes Creamy Alfredo mix
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 2 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup packed thawed and drained well frozen spinach

Instruction

  • Saute the chicken in the olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
  • Stir in the milk, water, pasta and butter.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in the spinach until heated.
  • Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
