Ingredients
The following ingredients have 6 Servings
- Marie Callender's Family Recipes Creamy Alfredo mix
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb. boneless chicken breast cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup packed thawed and drained well frozen spinach
Instruction
- Saute the chicken in the olive oil until golden brown and cooked through.
- Stir in the milk, water, pasta and butter.
- Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12 minutes or until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the spinach until heated.
- Sprinkle each serving with Parmesan cheese.
