  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup natural almond butter
  • 2-3 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder (I like dark cocoa powder)
  • 2-4 tsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
