Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 4- 5 Long green Brinjal (Eggplant)
- 5 tbsp of GODA Masala
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 10 tbsp Vegetable oil (This curry would need more oil as compared to any normal curry)
Instruction
- Take long, green brinjals and slit them.
- Mix Curd, Goda Masala and Salt to form a paste.
- Stuff the paste into brinjal and fry it in hot oil for 30 minutes.
