Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 4- 5 Long green Brinjal (Eggplant)
  • 5 tbsp of GODA Masala
  • Salt
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • 10 tbsp Vegetable oil (This curry would need more oil as compared to any normal curry)

Instruction

  • Take long, green brinjals and slit them.
  • Mix Curd, Goda Masala and Salt to form a paste.
  • Stuff the paste into brinjal and fry it in hot oil for 30 minutes.
