Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 pound chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
  • 2 cups salsa

Instruction

  • Spray inside of the crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place chicken in a single layer in the bottom of the crock-pot.
  • Layer onions and salsa on top of the chicken.
  • Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
  • Open lid and use two forks to shred the chicken and then stir to coat all the pieces with the sauce.
