Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 pound chicken breast (boneless, skinless)
- 1 onion (sliced)
- 2 cups salsa
Instruction
- Spray inside of the crock-pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place chicken in a single layer in the bottom of the crock-pot.
- Layer onions and salsa on top of the chicken.
- Cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
- Open lid and use two forks to shred the chicken and then stir to coat all the pieces with the sauce.
