Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 200 g nutella
- 1 large egg
- 150 g plain flour
- 50 g nutella
Instruction
- In a large bowl sift the flour, add the egg and nutella and mix to get a dough that does not stick to the hands, and has the consistency of a play-doh.
- Cover the bowl with clingfilm, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 Fahrenheit).
- Use about one tablespoon of dough, and shape into a ball, then flatten it and add about half a teaspoon of nutella in the middle of it.
- Bring the edges together, and shape into a ball again, making sure the filling is well sealed.
- Arrange the balls on a baking tray lined with non-stick paper, and bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the top is firm.
- Work in batches, making sure there is enough room between each cookie, as they spread in the oven.
- Leave to cook and serve.
