Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 3 cups dried apricots
- 3 cups shredded coconut
- 1-2 tablespoon granulated sweetener of choice
Instruction
- In a high-speed blender or food processor, add your dried apricots and shredded coconut and blend until a dough is formed.
- Using your hands, either form into balls or press into a loaf pan and press into place.
- Either roll the balls/bites in shredded coconut or the granulated sweetener of choice and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
