Ingredients

The following ingredients have 10 Servings
  • 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 16 ounce jar salsa
  • 1 8 ounce package shredded 4-Cheese Mexican blend cheese
  • Optional for serving: tortilla chips; diced avocado; sliced olives (halved cherry tomatoes, chopped green onions)

Instruction

  • Spread cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a medium baking dish (I used a round deep-dish pie plate).
  • Pour salsa over top and spread to cover the cream cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Garnish with optional toppings and serve with chips for dipping!
