Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1.5 tablespoon coconut flour
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter (can sub for any nut or seed butter)
- 1 tablespoon sticky sweetener of choice (* See notes)
- 1-2 tablespoon chocolate chips of choice (Optional)
Instruction
- In a small mixing bowl, combine your peanut butter with sticky sweetener of choice and mix well. If too stiff, melt in a microwave or stovetop.
- Add your coconut flour and mix very well. If the batter is too thin, add more coconut flour. If the batter is too thick, add some liquid (water, milk etc) to form into a thick dough.
- Roll the cookie dough into a ball and place on a lined plate. Press into a cookie shape, top with optional chocolate chips and refrigerate until firm.
