Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1-2 shots of espresso ((light or medium roast))
  • 1-2 Tbsp lavender syrup ((recipe))
  • ⅔ cup Whole milk

Instruction

  • Begin by preparing one or two shots of espresso using an espresso machine, or a Mokapot. I used 24 grams of ground coffee (approximately 6 tablespoons) which yielded 2 shots.
  • Fill a tall glass ¾ full of ice cubes. When your espresso is ready, pour 1 or 2 shots into the glass and stir rapidly to cool off the coffee before the ice melts.
  • Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of lavender syrup (depending on how sweet you like your latte) and top up the glass with ⅔ cup of milk. Stir to combine the ingredients and give it a taste. Make adjustments if needed.
