Ingredients

The following ingredients have 12 Servings
  • 1 chocolate sugar-free cake mix
  • 1/2 cup canola or coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • M&M candies (if desired)

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix together dry cake mix, oil and eggs until smooth. Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. (I like to roll mine into a ball to make the sizes more even). If not using M&M's, bake for 8-10 minutes.
  • If using M&M candies, bake for 6 minutes, pull from oven and press candies into the tops of each cookie. Place back in oven for 2-4 minutes.
  • Let cool for a couple minutes on baking sheet and carefully take off using a spatula. Enjoy!
