Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 4 (4.5-oz) cans cooked chicken breast ((Or 1 - 1.5 cups cooked chicken or turkey, chopped))
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons salsa (medium heat is ideal)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon parsley leaves (, chopped)
  • Optional: Freshly ground black pepper (, to taste)

Instruction

  • Drain the canned chicken in a colander. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Serve in a sandwich or as a topping for crackers, or store in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
