Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 29 ounces Cut Green & Wax Beans (drained (2 cans))
  • 14.5 ounces red beans (rinsed & drained (1 can))
  • ½ small red onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon fresh orange zest
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley

Instruction

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Refrigerate in an airtight container overnight or up to 3 days before serving (stir daily for best results).
  • The beans will keep (refrigerated) up to 7 days (remember to stir daily, if possible).
