Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 29 ounces Cut Green & Wax Beans (drained (2 cans))
- 14.5 ounces red beans (rinsed & drained (1 can))
- ½ small red onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon fresh orange zest
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro or parsley
Instruction
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well. Refrigerate in an airtight container overnight or up to 3 days before serving (stir daily for best results).
- The beans will keep (refrigerated) up to 7 days (remember to stir daily, if possible).
