The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 1 1/3 cup old fashioned rolled oats (we use gluten free)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- sprinkle of salt
- 1 cup diced fruit (berries are a favorite)
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
