Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 10 to 12 plum tomatoes
  • sliced in half
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • to taste

Instruction

  • In a slow cooker, add the tomatoes, chicken stock, salt and pepper
  • Set on high for 6 hours or low for 8 hours with the lid ajar
  • Using an immersion blender, blend the contents of the slow cooker
