2-Ingredient Appetizer: Kerrin's Pimento Cheese Bites

The following ingredients have 8 Servings

• 1 container Pimento Cheese Spread (we use Harris Teeter’s Fresh Foods Market Pepper Jack Pimento Cheese, but any brand will work!)
• 1 baguette (sliced into ½-inch rounds)

Instruction

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or with aluminum foil that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
• Spread Pimento Cheese onto the top of each slice of bread. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until bread is toasted and cheese is melted and golden brown.
