Ingredients
The following ingredients have 2 Servings
- 140 g Spaghetti
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Lemon ((juice only))
- 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
- 4 Garlic clove (crushed)
- 40 g Fresh basil (finely chopped)
- 40 g Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 50 ml Pasta water
Instruction
- Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti (reserving a little of the water) and then put it back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve.
