Ingredients

The following ingredients have 2 Servings
  • 140 g Spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Lemon ((juice only))
  • 1 pinch Sea salt and black pepper
  • 4 Garlic clove (crushed)
  • 40 g Fresh basil (finely chopped)
  • 40 g Fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 50 ml Pasta water

Instruction

  • Add the spaghetti to a pan of boiling water and simmer for 12 minutes.
  • Drain the spaghetti (reserving a little of the water) and then put it back in the pan and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and serve.
