  • 1/4 pound red bell pepper (4oz/114g, about 1 whole pepper)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or ghee (add after cooking)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar (15ml)
