Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1-2 tbsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 15 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 25 oz jar marinara sauce*

Instruction

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic, 1 tbsp Italian seasoning and red pepper flakes and sauté for 30 seconds. 
  • Add tomatoes to the pan and sauté until tomatoes are cooked down (approx. 5-7 minutes). 
  • Once tomatoes are cooked, add marinara to the pan and stir to combine. Heat for an additional 2 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.**
  • Serve over pasta or store in the fridge for later use.
