Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 16 oz container mascarpone cheese, (softened)
- 2 tbsp confectioners' or icing sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder, (plus a little extra for sprinkling)
- 2 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 pint carton of whipping or double cream
- 3 tbsp confectioners' or icing sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Instruction
- In a bowl, beat the softened mascarpone cheese, 2 tablespoons icing sugar, cocoa powder and espresso powder until smooth.
- Whip the cream with the remaining icing sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold most of it (leaving a small amount for topping) into the cheese mixture.
- Divide the tiramisu dip into small glassed and top each with a small dollop of the remaining cream. Dust with cocoa powder on top. Serve with Italian lady fingers or your favorite cookies for dipping.
