Ingredients

The following ingredients have 4 Servings
  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 1/2 lb leftover corned beef (*optional, substitute leftovers for deli corned beef.)
  • 4 slices swiss cheese
  • Reese Capers (to flavor)
  • Reese Horseradish (to flavor)
  • olive oil cooking spray

Instruction

  • Preheat oven to 350.  
  • Line a 12 count muffin tin with double wontons wrappers. 
  • Do this by inserting one, and then another over it and tucked in.
  •  Fill each up with a small portion of corned beef 
  • Add Swiss cheese to each
  • Sprinkle a few Reese Capers on and bake for 7 mins, or until cheese is melted and wontons are golden brown on the edges.
  • Add a small amount of Reese Horseradish to each before serving.
