Ingredients
The following ingredients have 4 Servings
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 1/2 lb leftover corned beef (*optional, substitute leftovers for deli corned beef.)
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- Reese Capers (to flavor)
- Reese Horseradish (to flavor)
- olive oil cooking spray
Instruction
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Line a 12 count muffin tin with double wontons wrappers.
- Do this by inserting one, and then another over it and tucked in.
- Fill each up with a small portion of corned beef
- Add Swiss cheese to each
- Sprinkle a few Reese Capers on and bake for 7 mins, or until cheese is melted and wontons are golden brown on the edges.
- Add a small amount of Reese Horseradish to each before serving.
