Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme

  • 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
